Prepare for the July 4th 5K or 10K at North Tahoe Regional Park! Experience scenic and enjoyable trails perfect for running, walking, or strolling. The 5K offers a quick course, while the 10K features a signature climb. Gather your friends and family for a fantastic start to your July 4th celebration at the Beach.

For your convenience, parking is available at the North Tahoe Regional Park for a nominal fee. The park is less than a mile from the race finish, making for a short and easy walk back to your car.

The Tahoe Vista Recreation Area Beach, with its beautiful sandy shores perfect for swimming, marks the finish line. Tahoe Vista and North Lake Tahoe are ideal places to celebrate July 4th, with fireworks or a drone light show planned for the evening.

Age Group/Gender, 5-year (14-19, 20-24, etc.) based on age as of 12/31 in the race year
- Must be a minimum of 5 participants in the Age Group by Gender to receive the award
